Somewhere between "glamping" and a luxury, gated community, Summer Village offers endless activities for all ages.

You can do it all, or do nothing at all. Summer Village feels like a throwback community where kids can safely play outside, cars never drive more than 10mph (though most use golf carts), and everyone waves or says “hello” in passing. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the cottages pepper a mostly wooded, waterside village. To ensure privacy while you enjoy the grounds and amenities, there is even a gatekeeper securing the private entrance for homeowners and their guests.
ABOUT SUMMER VILLAGE
Summer Village has everything to make your vacation perfect, including: a private sandy beach on the pond (with lifeguard), two heated pools (one for families, one for adults), outdoor hot tub, fire pits, large children’s playground, tennis/pickleball courts, full basketball court, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green, fishing (stocked with trout), canoeing, kayaking, Sunfish sailing, walking/jogging trails, fully equipped fitness center, activity Pavilion, a General Store (with the best ice cream, candy, fresh coffee, delicious made-to-order sandwiches, and sundries), and last but not least, the Firewater Restaurant & Bar (great food and specialty cocktails).
While you never need to leave the serene Village, you are only 10-15 minutes from endless real-world shops, mall, restaurants, supermarkets and additional activities for all ages. Summer Village is a special place where people of all ages make life-long friends and lots of wonderful memories!
Rental rates range from $2,900+ per week, depending on the week (i.e. holiday weeks), and require a one (1) week minimum. We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy for all renters and guests. For more info, please email sarah@prettygooddesignco.com.

OUR COTTAGE LOCATION
Our cozy cottage is located just up Whispering Pines. With a golf cart included in your rental, it's a short cruise or stroll down the hill to get to all the main activity and amenities that Summer Village has to offer.
