Beautifully appointed resort cottage in prime, family-oriented location that sleeps six comfortably. At 900 square feet, our cottage features two bedrooms (one queen bed and a twin trundle bed), queen sleep sofa in sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, and full bath with laundry. Our cottage is nestled in the pines, but steps away from all Summer Village has to offer.
Extra benefits of our cozy cottage is felt in the spacious kitchen and living area, gorgeous granite counters, beautiful hardwood, tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and an expansive, private outdoor space complete with a hammock, Adirondack seating, firepit and tree-strung Edison bulbs that light up the serene pines that surround the property.

Amenities include cable and internet, AC and ceiling fans, gas stove and grill, refrigerator and ice maker, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, bedding, linens, towels, board games and a 6 person golf cart.
Rental rates are $2,900+ per week, depending on the week (i.e. holiday weeks), and require a one (1) week minimum. We have a strict no pets and no smoking policy for all renters and guests. For more info, please email sarah@prettygooddesignco.com.
